excellent - perfect game
This game is excellent. it's not too long but long enough (lasts possibly about half an hour?) It involves a satisfying mixture of skill and luck which means that every game is interesting. It requires enough skill for you to want to play again and use your learning, but also involves elements of luck which means that, even with players of mixed skill, anything can happen. A simple concept but an excellent game for families or groups of friends.

I bought this game, as i already have the original Blokus game at home and it's just as fun as the square version. This one takes a bit more thought, but is equally as addictive and i love all the packaging and pieces - it's great for the kids and just adults as well, which not all board games are, so Blokus Trigon gets 10/10 from me.

Great game but perhaps not for younger kids
I bought this as a present for my seven year old daughter. I love it, she thinks it's ok. I think possibly it's more suited to adults or older kids, she will play it but it's not her first choice of game. I chose it due to the good reviews on here and the fact that I hate playing some of the naff kids games that we have at home, I thought this was one we would both enjoy, but as I said I think I like it more than my daughter, so would recommend for older children.
