    We bought this toaster to go with the matching kettle. Again very stylish, very easy to operate, easy to keep clean. It takes any thickness of bread and the defrost option proves invaluable if you need to use frozen bread. One of the best toasters we have had.

    1. one side browner than the other
    2. does not toast the whole part of a normal large slice of bread.
    3. for smaller slices, they don't "pop up" enough, so you have to dig your fingers into the burning heat or start sticking forks etc to dig toast out.

    not recommended, just cheap and cheerful. next time i'd get something with more expensive, with more features and a better reputation.

    Nice looking. Usefully wide slots, but still tends to brown one side of the bread more than the other. (The reason I got rid of my other toaster.)
