Nice, accurate watch for not much money4
This is a nice watch for those of us not bothered about having an analogue display. The watch provides a large easy to read display showing all the information you need most (time, day, date) all the time. Also has count down timer, stopwatch and (not very useful) world time feature. Backlight is a nice blue electroluminescent.

The WaveCeptor feature works well for me - note that it actually only receives the time update once per day, and that's in the middle of the night. This is to save power consumption. Don't worry about the instructions implying that you need to leave it on a window ledge at night - it works fine on my bedside table on the other side of the room from the window.

The strap buckle only has two adjustments for length, rather than the eight that my Seconda has. To adjust the watch strap length you need to remove complete links. This is a bit of a fiddle but perfectly OK for anyone reasonably competent with a watch makers screwdriver. Google for "Casio watch strap adjustment" and you will find several people explaining how to do it.

Also note that only part of the body is metal, the lower part is actually plastic with a metallic finish, but for £30 it looks fine.

Great watch5
I've only had this watch for a couple of days, but I already love it. I got this watch primarily for the large digital display, but it also sets the time automatically every night by radio ("waveceptor"), so you don't need to fiddle around setting the time. It also comes with all the standard features for a digital watch: stopwatch, timer, alarm, world time, backlight, date & day of the week. The watch isn't as heavy as it looks, as the back of it is mostly plastic, but you wouldn't notice unless you took it off.

The watch strap is easy enough to change, if you have a small screwdriver to hand and don't mind a little work. For those of you who are having trouble doing this yourself, I'll tell you how I did it. You just stick the screwdriver (or whatever you're using) in the little hole in the back of the link, in the deeper part of the hole (the side nearer to the centre of the link), and push the screwdriver towards the edge of the link. This should push the pin out a little; you'll probably need to do this a few times. You can then either pull the pin out with a good pair of pliers, or stick the screwdriver in the hole, but on the left side under the metal cover, and push up the pin again (using a different part of the pin). By now the pin should be far enough out to be pulled out by hand. Before you start taking all the links out though, you should probably check you're going to end up with the butterfly clip on the right part of your wrist, or it will be uncomfortable. Also, the small length adjustment on end the butterfly clip can be changed by pushing the pin in with a needle or similar. If you have trouble changing the strap, I'd imagine most jewellers or watchmakers would do it for you for free or a nominal fee.

Anyway, I'd highly recommend this watch to anyone who prefers big digital displays to hands, and doesn't mind having a big watch.

Just what I wanted!5
This is a great watch. I can see time and date easily. I travel a lot and can change time zones with a couple of clicks and the hour bleep reminds me when it is time to switch on my radio for the news. The efficient backlight is great - unlike most watches, the light stays on for a few seconds when the button is pressed. I can certainly recommend it.
