Love lovely Harry Potter
This boxset offers excellent value for what it is and if you consider the cost of buying all of the other audiobooks on CD seperately it is definately cheaper. Easier to keep all together for when you fancy listening to a bit of Harry sometime.

Best Christmas present I ever got.....
I got this for christmas 2004 from my parents. I had read all the Harry Potter Books already, having got into them just after the release of 'Goblet of Fire'. I was lucky enough, therefore, to read the first four books back to back, and like many others, had an agonising wait for the 'Order of the Phoenix'. The first two films helped to quench the Harry Potter thirst a little but I am now counting the days until the release of 'The Half-Blood Prince'. The Stephen Fry readings of the first five books have been invaluable. They have allowed me to relive the magic again but in a whole new way. He really is a genius, the way he brings JKR's characters to life. It took me until late May to hear all the CDs, having started the marathon just after Christmas Day. How many of your Christmas presents were still giving you joy that late into 2005. Once again I feel bereft. I have to content myself with hugging and stroking the tin and looking at the empty CD pockets where I intend to stash the 17 CDs from the 6th audio book, to be released in August 2005 (there are about 20 spare pockets). Still, the hole will soon be filled with the release of Book 6 and with the new film due out in November, I am sure I will survive.

Don't Think about it BUY IT - Stephen Fry is our king!!!
Already a fan of the books, I had thought about but then dismissed buying the Audio books due to the price. A friend however lent me hers and WHY DID I WAIT SOOOO LONG. The following listening marathon saw me falling asleep with Stephen and Harry, Waking up with Stephen and Harry, driving to work with Stephen and Harry and finding any excuse to drive anywhere in order to sneak a few extra minutes in their company. The books are fantastic, but being read to by the best storyteller of our age, frees up your imagination to totally immerse yourself in the Wizarding world.

Don't think about it BUY IT, you will not be dissapointed.
