Useful kit
This pasta drying stand is very helpful. The alternative is to lay home made pasta onto floured wooden surfaces or on towels. The stand takes up less space when making even small amounts of pasta and allows all of the pasta surface to be exposed to the air. It can be helpful to dry the pasta sheets a little before cutting too. The wooden pegs slide out to allow hanging cut long pasta to be quickly dropped into boiling water by sliding the pasta straight off without further handling. Easy assembly allows quick use and disassembly allows quick storage.

Pasta stand
Does what it says. The arms are removable for ease of fitting on the pasta and for cleaning, (we just wipe them with a dry cloth). The only problem is storage; it is a little tall for most cupboards and takes up a lot of cupboard space.

Handy item for pasta makers
Very useful if you make a lot of pasta. Without it, the cut pasta takes up a lot of room on trays and tends to stick together. The only drawback is the space taken for storage. If you can make room for it then pasta making is a lot more straightforward.
