I Love These Glasses
These cups are taller than picture shown (thank goodness) as they match the ones I already have. I love drinking tea & coffee out of a glass cup and these are the best I have tried. The handle is great too - you never burn your fingers (unlike many others). My friends ad family have also commented how great these are.

TOO TALL - illustration misleading!
The illustration looks VERY MUCH shorter than the item delivered - top rim of holder nearer the rim of glass. I was trying to match 4 others which I already have - these didn't do the job. I shall keep them, but only for the lack of the right size - disappointing.

The system's a load of rubbish
I returned the items, but was very angry to find that I had been charged a sum of money for some unexplained 'service' even though the items were returned immedaitely upon receipt and I was promised a full refund.

In view of the situation described above, I will not be making any future purchases from Amazon ever!
