Excellent watch
I've owned this watch for about six years and it keeps perfect time. Being kinetic, it never needs winding or new batteries. It has an elegantly old-fashioned design and the luminous dial is not only visually arresting but also practical and effective. I fully recommend this watch.

Super watch for the long haul.
Bought one of these watches about five years ago. Since then it's been an entirely reliable timepiece. It's kinetic action means I've never had to change a battery. The luminous panel glows gently for quite a long time in the dark so you can read the time at night, or in the cinema. The waterproofing also means you can take it swimming, or indeed wash it occasionally (the fabric strap does slowly discolour, but we're talking a period of years here).
All in all I really like this watch. I've been gifted two rather nice watches as corporate gifts, but I can never bring myself to wear them in preference to this one, so they're gathering dust in the drawer.

How to spot cheap Seiko copies on the internet!
Correction to previous review. This watch has a 2yr UK warranty!!!

1yr international Seiko warranties are used for cheap foreign imports. Avoid any dealers offering 1yr Seiko warranties as this indicates non-authorised dealers, which will leave you up the river without a paddle should anything go wrong with the watch.
