Great Tongs
Not a lot you can say about tongs so will keep it brief. They are solidly built, have a very gripy and comfortable handle and great at picking up everything from salad to BBQing meat. Job Done

Analon Advanced items
All of the analon advance utensils are great products, Ive used them at home and at work as a cook for 7+ years now and theyre still as good as they were when I bought them, good looking, tough, does the job to the best standard, cannot be faulted. Yes they are a little costly, but you wont need to buy again; I certainly have no plans on changing any of my gear, no way!

Bad design
Despite being the most expensive pair of tongs I've ever bought, it was a let down. From the first time I used it, the top end of the utensil (where the hinge is) kept "pinching" my palm, which hurt quite a bit. I guess I could hold the tongs lower down, but out of habit and safety I naturally hold it near the top edge. I've never had a problem with any other pair before.
