Staub has closed-circuit and spikes cooking which allows continuous self basting. Better than any other material cast iron retains and evenly diffuses heat. All our coloured or matt black finish products are enamelled inside and out. Thanks to the specific characteristics of our enamel, the more you use your product, the better it gets.

Each cocotte is cast in a single-use mould made of sand and is subject to the harshest tests to guarantee constant and optimum performance.
