Great buy!
Although the description calls them 'Trim Step', these shoes are the 'Sleek Fit' style as shown in the photos. They are the real thing, and I couldn't find them cheaper anywhere online. They are extremely comfy, look great, and when they're on you can feel your leg muscles being used in a way you don't with regular shoes. Like them so much I'm going to buy another pair of Shape Ups in a different style.

Fab Shoes!
I wanted to wait a few weeks to review these shoes and I now have worn them a while and can honestly say I love these shoes! I can definitely feel muscles in my legs and bum working just walking my kids to and from school. I plan to do longer walks and see what kind of results I get. My posture is better when I wear these shoes. I think they are really smart looking. I will be putting the Skechers Shape Ups Trainers on my wish list for Christmas and would love to try the sandals for next summer.

Sketchers shape ups - great
These are possibly the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They do look a bit funny but as they are all black I don't think they are too bad. You do feel the muscles in your legs and bottom a bit sore when you wear them at first but I think that's a good sign, they must be doing something. They force you to walk slightly differently which can feel strange at first but now I find it funny to walk in normal flat shoes. I think that you would need to really walk a lot more than you normally would to see any effects, but there are studies to back their claims up which encouraged me to buy them and the fact that they are so comfy might make you want to walk more. I gave them 5 stars for comfort, looks and the fact that I can feel them work my muscles.
