As kitchen gadgets go....
I ordered this product in a little trepidation due to the negative reviews posted.
So glad I decided to try the Actifry myself & glad to report that it is now among my most used Kitchen appliances. Not only is it an actual must for healthy & delicious chips it also does a mean vegetable stir fry, an the most amazing roast potatos.I disagree with the comments on the time taken to do chips, as the time stated on the instructions is for a kilo of chips & that is a lot of chips even for my brood.

The actifry is also extremely easy to clean.

Actifry
On 16 July I ordered an Actifry through Amazon which was supposed to be delivered by elisabethwilliams383. The item ewas scheduled for delivery between 21 July and 3 August. I was told this would be delivered by Parcel Force. The item has not been received although my money has been taken from my card and Parcel Force say they have never had a delivery for my postcode. Parcel Force thinks the parcel was never dispatched. Do not buy your stuff from elisabethwilliams383 they do not reply to emails requesting information regarding the ,missing order and Amazone does not reply either. I do not recommend this company at all. I think I have lost all the money and no-one has had the couresty to keep me informed or to refund my money.

Surely they must know about this design flaw??? Mine went up in a puff of smoke after 15 months and less than 50 uses. Cheaper and SAFER to head down the chippy. Will not be buying anything Tefal EVER again, and making others think twice too.
