Great quality movers!
These shoes have surprised me; the stiff outer sole made me think that I would be running on a stiff plank, but once I got out on the road I found that these Pumas are supportive and amazingly comfortable to run in.

As with many manufacturers, Puma make their sizes very snug-fitting. I'm a size 4, high arched, narrow heels and wide toes. A size 4 pair would wreck my feet, whereas a size 5 would be too long. Thank goodness for half-sizes; 4.5 is perfect. So definitely choose a half-size up from your usual shoe.

I think these are suitable for most surfaces, but particularly roads, and in cold and/or rainy weather because the outer sole is brilliantly durable. Great shoes!

Brilliant running shoes!
I am so pleased with these shoes... I run/ walk on my electronic treadmill and use them outside and they ofer all the support needed to stop many skeletal problems associated with running/ jogging... and the price was fantastic too. An all round high quality shoe...
