Well made, practical and spacious4
First impressions are that this is a well made and practical laptop backpack, and it looks good too. As a normal 'rucksack' style backpack it feels much more comfortable than my old square-shape laptop backpack. It's got adequate pockets and compartments for organising bits. I tend to carry quite a few extras with my laptop (cables, mouse, presentation remote), plus other stuff that I need to carry when travelling on business (umbrella, travel documents, waterproofs). The bag swallows them fine, with room to spare for extras. It manages all this without feeling abnormally large.
The zips seems chunky and robust, but I notice there are no flaps covering the zips, so I'm not sure how waterproof it will prove to be.
Overall, a very good bag for the price.

Good except for the straps3
I have had a Trust backpack for about a year. I would be completely happy apart from the fact that the back straps are not adequately seated in the bag resulting in them either ripping off or loosening.

The bag has an excellent padded section for the laptop and also enough space to pack a night's worth of gear and kit. It also fits nicely in flight lockers even when full.

Happy excpet the straps!

Terrible Quality1
I'm really disapointed with this bag. I wanted a good size bag, to fit all my kit in (mobile computer repair). As well as my notebook I have to carry network, power and DVI cables, smallish tool kit, cd wallet, mini-mouse, files and orderbook.

My first complaint is the bag interior design. It does have a few exterior zipped compartments, but they all open into one intermingled space which defeats the whole point of bag organization. It has the same organization properties of a black bin bag.

Although I carry a fair amount around, it's not particularly heavy stuff. So I was really cheesed off when the strap started to detach itself from the bag after only 4 days use. Frankly I should not have to restich and/or carry a backpack by the top handle, for fear of my bag falling apart completely.

My recommendation- avoid like the plague.
