Nice bag!
This is a very nice laptop bag. It is constructed from what feels like neoprene with grey panels on the front, and the whole item feels extremely well made, with nice touches like small red flashes on the sides and solid zip toggles.
Inside the bag there are three main compartments, not counting the small zip pocket on the front. The first pocket is referred to by Wenger as the "business organizer", which means it has a few small pockets for holding things like floppy disks and business cards, not to mention one which is clearly designed to take a Swiss Army knife! The central pocket is designed to hold a laptop up to about 15" in size, and is split into two by a divider with a velcro tab at the top, allowing the laptop to be held securely whilst accessories can live in the other half. The rear pocket is again split into two and is perfect for holding documents, files, newspapers etc. Finally, for those who cart trolleys around with them there is a trolley strap on the rear. In terms of carrying the bag its top handle is actually in two halves like a shopping bag, and there is a decent shoulder strap with a long, padded middle section.
A great bag, pure and simple. Recommended!
Great bag, well made, good value
I have only recently got this bag, but I am very pleased with it. It is very well made, has a well designed place for the computer to go, with a retaining strap, plenty of space for all the other computer bits and pieces, plus more space for office things and paperwork. Despite all these pockets etc. it is not too big. Obviously it isn't slim, as such, for which you'd need one of the slip cases available, but very the space offered it is quite neat.
I like the top-loading design, as it means you can get the computer out without needing a fairly large clear desktop space to do it.
I have put an extra piece of foam at the bottom of the computer section, just to give extra cushioning for when the bag is put down, but that's simple enough to do. I suppose if the shoulder strap was detachable that might be a little better, but I am not really bothered about it.
So, all in all, a very good bag. And a decent price too, compared to some I looked at.
Top Case!
I bought this primarily to be a work case, and not use it for a laptop.
I am very happy with the bag. It is smart and has loads of room for bits and pieces.
It is very well made and robust, and will do the job fine!
BUY IT!
