Customer Reviews
Limited content, descriptive notation
I like Chernev's books but I can't see many people buying this.
Points for: it's direct and clear in approach, endgame for beginners (but beginners don't like to use descriptive notation even if they want to learn endgame).
Points against: Limited content and descriptive notation. Anyone who wants to really study endgame is likely to buy 'The Tactics of End Games' or more likely 'Fundamental Chess Endings'.
