No-stress Chess
I bought one of these out of my own pocket to try on chess beginners in our new chess club in school. It was so successful I managed to obtain funds for 4 more sets. It does need supervision, but it really does level the playing field between the complete beginner and those that can play quite well. It even makes the good players think more, if they are willing to take the chance that they might be beaten by a novice! Some enjoy the no-stress game, some choose not to use the cards at all, and some choose to use the cards as a reminder. I don't know if replacement cards are available, but it would be good if they were, as they get pretty grubby with the amount of use they get, even when I insist players wash their hands. The rest of the set is easy to keep clean, thank goodness.

Excellent Introduction to chess
My daughter is 7 and she really enjoys this - as you play the move on the card, it becomes a bit of a game of chance at the end but this gives her the chance to win fairly, which she loves! Thoroughly recommended!
