Creation Wise

There are too many Christians who are unable, for a number of reasons, to accept the Genesis explanation of Creation in 6 days. I don't really understand why this is the case. They have no problem in accepting that God sent His son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross at Calvary so that He could pay the penalty for our sin, so that we can become part of the family of God. Most Christians accept that God created the Universe. Look at the size and complexity of the Universe. Yet they baulk at the idea that God created planet Earth in 6 days. Many can accept other ways that God may have created Planet Earth, it seems to be the 6 days that is the problem with people. Part of the problem is that the theory of evolution is accepted widely and taught in schools and universities. It is simply accepted by the world that this is the way that planet Earth came into existance. In reality the theory of evolution is a religion in it's own right. It is a religion which cannot cope with the involvment of any concept of intelligence or superior being. Everything came into being purely by random chance. Nothing exists that is not the result of pure chance! It is surely easier to accept that a Creator God designed and created the Universe with all it's natural laws and order, than to believe that the entire Universe is the product of pure chance! Christians do not need to be scared of Creation in six days. The God of the Bible is more than capable of creating Earth in 6 literal days. He could have done it in one second if he had wanted to! Why He chose to take six days is a question that can only be answered by Him! All Christians will justify to Jesus Christ what they did with the gift of salvation that came from His sacrifice at Calvary. No one will have a problem if they believe what the Bible says. They may have a problem with telling Jesus that part of the Bible is wrong!
