very eye-opening and motivational
I recently discovered Joyce Meyer and now I can't get enough of her! I definitely struggle with a "mouth issue" and as soon as I heard about this book I knew it was written for me! The book has a scripture on every page as well as personal reflections and stories from Joyce. It forces you to take a good look (or listen) at yourself. It makes you think about the consequences of things you say as well as the motivation behind what you say. It reinforces what Mom always said plain and simple..."If you don't have anything nice to say don't say it!"

An Eye Opening Study!
I feel this book is a "must read" for anyone who is struggling in their Christian walk with a "mouth issue". What I really liked about this book is that it's not Mrs. Meyer's personal opinion, but there is scripture on each page that provides the foundation and truth of what she is trying to get across to us. We all have had problems, at one time or another, with complaining, criticizing, etc., in fact, sometimes without even realizing we are doing it. You better have a pencil or highlighter handy as you read this book because you will definitely want to mark passages and commit them to memory. This book has really opened my eyes and I will encourage everyone that I care about to read it!

A great Bible study
The problem is not "my big mouth" -- it's "me". And when I get "me" straightened out, my mouth will follow. Joyce Meyer uses a lot of scripture in this book. Our women's Bible study group has greatly enjoyed this life-changing, conversation-changing, thought-changing challenge.
