Manufacturer's Description
Imperia 24 hole ravioli tray and rolling pin. Simply place a sheet of fresh pasta on the tray, making sure to overlap the zigzag edges and fill each cavity with a teaspoon of desired filling. Place another sheet on top and using the rolling pin start at the centre and roll out until all the ravioli have been cut and sealed. Turn upside down to remove and cook in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

    Don't waste your money like I did!1
This is virtually impossible to use, the pasta gets VERY! stuck even though the tray was well floured, only managed to get a few pieces out intact. I will stick to making my ravioli by hand in future and I advise you to do the same.

    Very Disappointted!!

    Ravioli tray3
As a previous reviewer said, this is useless if you follow the instructions and flour the tray. It all falls to the bottom and the pasta sticks so much that the pieces are almost impossible to remove.

However, I noticed a tip elsewhere to oil the tray. This works pretty well but still needs a bit of practice.

I think it would work just as well if the pasta was floured and not the tray. I'll try that next time.

The results are well worth the trouble in learning to use the tray.

Thinking about it, it's probably worth 4 stars but not 5 because the indentations are a little too small.
