great quality
This is a top quality product. Well designed, nice and quiet motor and quality materials. Nice metal blender bit so you can use it on hot stuff, quality plastic for the rest. And with 5 years warrantee even better.

Very good if had not broken!
Feels like a quality product, heavy and solid. The wand blender and whisk are excellent. However, I bought it primarily for the bowl blender and this stopped working by the end of the fist week due to a fault with the mechanism connecting the stick to the rotary blender part. Unclear if this is a design fault or a manufacturing fault. Delighted with the rest of the kit though.

second faulty one
Looks great feels great, but this is the second time i have had to replace it. The first one stopped working, the second one went up in smoke. I only use it once a month if that.
It must be just a run of bad luck
