Review
You can always rely on a Mary Berry book, and her latest is set to become a Christmas classic. It's packed with over 100 recipes, ideas and handy tips for a trouble-free festive season, and includes something for everyone... There are sections on everything you could possibly need... We found the shopping lists and clearly laid out countdowns particularly useful - perfect if your Christmas is always a little rushed, or it's your first time in charge. -- Fresh 20061201 Mary Berry's Christmas Collection"... does exactly what it says on the cover.Berry is Queen of the Aga, but you don't have to own one to follow her precisely given instructions on how to prepare an array of tasty seasonal fare from parmesan and pistachio nutters (!) to vodka trifle with cherries and orange, and on to turkey korma - a very moreish way to use up Chrimbo left-overs. -- What's On in London 20061130

Disappointing
If you have Mary Berry's Real Food Fast and Cook Now, Eat Later books do not bother to buy this cookery book. Nearly all the recipes in Mary Berry's Christmas Collection are in these previous books.
Festive Food Over Christmas And New Year
As a fan of Mary Berry's recipes and a keen cook myself, I was delighted with the variety of recipes in season and the great results! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining, a must for next Christmas!
Christmas made easy
I bought this book as it appeared easy to follow yet provided me with the essential basics for a fantastic Christmas dinner and was not disappointed. Mary Berry gives you uncomplicated recipes that work. They are not just for Christams but throughout the year whether it is how to make the perfectd roast parsnips/potatoes or yorkshire puddings. i got fantastic results first time and didn't have to spend hours sourcing ingredients. I have recently purchased two other books of Mary's and can't wait to receive them.
