Customer Reviews

I hope there are more coming!!5
Once again, Daisy Meadows' Rainbow Fairies scored a hit with my 6 year old. She has been collecting this series since they were first published, and now avidly awaits publication date to get the next 7. From an adult point of view they are boring and predictable - every set of 7 is pretty much the same with two little girls rescuing fairies in peril, and Jack Frost's goblins doing their feeble best to stop them. However, they have helped my child make the transition from non-reader to independent reader and I am not arguing with that. Simple text, line drawings on every double page spread and a predictable format (fairies, cute animals and pretty clothes) make these books a hit with little girls. I heartily recommend them.

Not only girls read Rainbow Magic Books!!5
I have a girl and boy both under 9 and both enjoy reading the adventures of the Rainbow Magic's Fairies. These little characters are really lovable and with the help of their friends Rachel and Kirsty, they defeat all the ''evil'' plots hacked by nasty Jack Frost and his team of grimlims. Fun, simple, entertaining, these story give little readers the love of books and reading. A sure way too to keep them quiet on a rainy afternoon while on holidays !!!
