	Sleepless in Seattle [DVD] [1993] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £4.66 Tom Hanks is heartbreakingly good in this and the soundtrack (by Harry Connick jnr) is fab too.
	The Nightmare Before Christmas (Special Edition) [1994] [DVD] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £2.25 Still slightly scares me but I love it anyway. Danny Elfman's score is inspired.
	It's a Wonderful Life [1946] [DVD] Buy used from: £12.50 Brilliant. Gets me every time.
	We Three Kings by The Roches In case you thought Noddy and the boys were all that's available here is a truly gorgeous album of sacred and secular songs that will light up your Christmas.
	The Box of Delights [DVD] [1984] Buy used from: £43.14 Bought this for someone this year. Very good served with tea and Christmas cake.
	The Muppet Christmas Carol [DVD] [1992] Buy used from: £19.98 This is just plain fab. Rizzo steals the show everytime and Michael Caine is obviously having way too much fun to be convincingly Scroogey.
	Holiday Songs and Lullabies by Shawn Colvin Buy used from: £5.59 For the discerning Christmas shopper, although you might need to order two. A lovely collection of songs, beautifully sung.
	Scrooged [DVD] [1988] Buy used from: £3.78 Bill Murray - genius.
	Ultra-Lounge: Christmas Cocktails by Various Artists Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £6.85 Fix yourself a snowball and dust off your rhinestones - it's party time.
	Robbie The Reindeer Collector's Edition - Hooves of Fire/Legend of the Lost Tribe [DVD] [2000] Buy new: £9.48 / Used from: £6.44 We sheduled our Christmas dinner around this in 2003 when it premiered - Harry Enfield's wise old reindeer is particularly brilliant.
	Light on Snow by Anita Shreve Buy new: £5.46 / Used from: £0.01 A wonderfully evocative Christmas story for grown ups from one of my favourite writers.
