Think of a Number by Johnny Ball
I was fortunate enough to see Mr. Ball live at Yeovil College 2 years ago and bought this book on the strength of that. Maths was a real struggle for me but Johnny made everything easy to understand and fun! Now my own children can have the same input with this marvellous book. Designed for anyone and everyone - brightly coloured and brimming with Johnny's fun personality, this book will help anyone to rediscover their relationship with maths and who knows, maybe even build on it. I am studying to become a maths teacher and Johnny Ball is certainly part of my inspiration.

Go Figure! and Think of a Number by Johnny Ball are the same book with diffrent covers one for the uk market and one for the us market - dont make the same mistake i did and buy both of them !!

Apart from that one of the best books i have ever bought my son he dosnt like reading it is always a uphill struggle but he wouldn't put this one down.

Brilliant book!
I found this book incredibly interesting, and I'm no maths fan - I leafed through it while babysitting for a friend who has a son of 9, then I bought the book for myself! It is so well written and extremely funny in parts. I would recommend this book to anyone of any age. I guarentee you will learn something new.
