Editorial Reviews
Review
I am very impressed by the quality of material, which is very substantial both in content... and in weight (these books are heavy!) and would definately recommend them as a complete course. --Home Education Advisory Service Bulletin - 17 Dec 2007
This is a book by a teacher who understands children. There are many attractive features and expect that children will be inspired by this material. I imagine that this text will enjoy widespread acclaim and become a 'standard' work. --David Hanson, member of the ISEB 13+ setting team
So you really want to learn Maths is a triumph: comprehensive, lucid, clearly and attractively laid out with plenty of exercises. Although particularly aimed at pupils preparing for the 11+ (or Common Entrance at), it provides the essential foundation for GCSE. Book 1 starts with basic number work and the moves on to fractions, decimals, area, angles, probability and so on. --John Clare, The Daily Telegraph
