Review
from a great idea to an elegant design to flawless execution, Legendary Motorcycles is a quality production throughout. And much like riding a quality bike thorugh some twisties in perfect weather, this book provides an extremely enjoyable experience. fans of motorcycleing racing will find much to love in this book --Friction Zone

The title tells you only half the story, for this well-illuatrated hardback is as much about the people as it is their bikes. Jay Leno's witty forward launches you into a fascinating selection of bikes and their owners, form the borough Superior on which TE Lawrence died to 'Captain America', the Harley chopper ridden by peter fonda in Easy rider. racers and record breakers are well covered but one of the most interesting choices is the humble Honda CB77 on which Robert Pirsig did the ride that inspired Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance --Octane
