5-star . One of the best things I've ever bought. Well made, ergonomically designed. Robust. Roomy pocket for storage of leads, spare battery, calculator etc. Really protects laptop. Does all it says it should on Belkin website.

Great product, but...
I am very pleased with this product on the whole. However the case gets dirty fast (especially if you, like me, are going to use it outside home as well as indoors). Once dirty it is not easy to clean.

The main advantage of this case is that you can use the laptop without taking it out, as the power cord goes through the hole in the lining and into accessory pocket, out of which it can be plugged straight into the mains.

It actually fits my Sony VAIO FW series, which is 16.4 in screen. It is a snug fit, so I wouldn't say it will fit 17 in laptop.

The main disadvantage for me is that it is not easy to organise accessories in this case or to take them out easily, as there is only one pocket. Also you will not be able to fit a lot of accessories into the pocket. You will probably manage to fit a power cord and a mouse, may be a few more bits and bobs but as I said once they are in, there is no easy access to what's on the bottom: you'll have to take everything out to get to it.

However, this case is stylish and looks different which gets lots of compliments and comments.

Great product but colour attracts the dirt
This is an excellent product for anyone who needs to move their laptop around the house or the office or on the move. It is a simple design with the added advantage of not allowing you to stuff 4 kg of paper in the pockets you would ordinarily find on a standard laptop case.

And you will never leave your adapter and cable behind with the integrated pocket for your laptop bits. No shoulder strap but if you would need to use one - your laptop may be too heavy!

Only downside (which is why i gave it a 4 star) is that the Dove colour does tend to attract the dirt.
