When I ordered the roller I was worried that it would be too small, as it was half the size of the roller i use in my gym, but it is perfect. It is wider than me so i can use it on both legs at the same time easily, and I don't do any moves that require anything wider than that. It is small enough to lean in a corner and not get in the way. It is firmer than the roller i use in the gym too, so is more effective at kneading deeper into my leg muscles. A great roller.
