This is the bomb!
I have used various screen protectors on various PDA and similar gadgets. This was the easiest to apply, and looks the best. It has a pleasant matt finish (unfortunate if, like me, you have a greasy skin, but it wipes down reasonably well) and fits my iPhone 3G perfectly.

May I offer a tip on fitting? It's not the stickiest of films, so it's safe to hold it by the edges when applying. I found it went on really easily when I bent it along its longer axis and then applied the angle to the centre (top to bottom) of the screen, allowing the remainder of the film simply to apply itself.

Good for iPhones but not for iPods...
I purchased one for my iPod touch under the presumption that the touch and the phone were identical in size. I Recieved it very quickly and it does seem to be high quality with an applicator card and even a special cloth to clean the screen with before application. However the cover appears to be too thin and too long for the iTouch. While I would recomend this for the iPhone, I would not for touch.
