Best and brightest solar string
I actually bought this product 2 years ago (I think) from a diy superstore and had draped the lights in in a tree. I'd had no problems apart from it started flickering/turning off and I found out the batteries had rusted inside, so I cleaned up the battery connections and replaced the batteries and it worked perfectly again.
This year I decided to get some more lights and originally couldn't find this product so tried 2 other solar string products (not from Micromark). The first rusted round the bulbs within days and the second just wasn't bright enough. Then I came across these lights again on Amazon and bought them. I've draped them across my fence and they are brilliant. The lights are bright blue and are the brightest solar lights in my garden, and stay on after all the others have turned off. I would definately recommend this product to others. I also think they are good value for money as I paid £18.99 and about £4 P&P which is less than I paid for the previous (non-Micromark) products which were of rubbish quality.

Great Solar Lights.
I bought this set of solar garden lights after reading the first review.
I was tempted to buy a larger set of lights, but I wanted lights which would be nice and bright, so after reading the review I bought the Micromark 70199 / Solar Powered LED Garden Light Kit.
The solar panel is approx 13cm x 6cm so it's a good size, it can be either screwed onto fencing or use the peg supplied to have the panel at ground level. There's 1.4m of cable from solar panel to first light, and 1m of cable between each light.
The 20 lights are a very pretty blue, there's an on/off button.
I bought my lights from a company called 24.7 electrical, their service was great, bought one day, delivered the next.
I paid £19.47 which included VAT and the P&P was FREE.
One last thing...............Amazon are a brilliant company, I buy from them as much as possible, it's a shame I couldn't buy the lights directly from Amazon..... but I'll be back!

Pretty good
After reading the two previous reviews I decided to order these lights. They arrived Saturday, two days from date of order. It was a lovely sunny day, but even so I moved the solar panel around all day to get the best sun. At dusk they lit up, a lovely bright blue. The next day I didn't move the panel around, but it still got about four hours of direct sun. When I got up early the following day, about 5am I was surprised to see them still on, so the charge they got must have lasted for about 8 to 9 hours. A good buy. I will probably order more.
