Noddy & Magic Book
This is a great game for young children. My 4 year old really enjoys it. He is quite good on the PS2 but a couple of the mini games he needed some help from me with. Let me stress though that on most of the games the average child will not need much help if they have played a PS2 before.
Very well animated and thought out. Rather annoyingly it auto saves a little too often which can be a little tiresome.
We actually managed to complete the whole game which was very satisfying. What is very clever is that if you cannot complete the tasks within the time limit the target is lower the next time. The on screen instructions are very clear.
I think it was worth the money and we have now started again from the beginning.
not a good first game
Noddy is a character for small children. And yet this game is not so easy to play even for a 7 year old. Some levels even an adult hardly can do. Graphics are colourful and realistic (for imaginary world). When I was buying it I thought it's fine for my 4 and 3 year old. How wrong I was. 2 years on they still can manage only certain levels. It's not the 1st time buyer game - don't be fooled by the character.
