    It leaks1
    This item looks high quality and for a while, I liked having it in my kitchen. It seemed to be a bargain. Unfortunately, it started to leak within a fortnight. For once, I foolishly did not retain the original packaging and therefore couldn't return it for a refund.

    I may have been unlucky, but my advice would be not to take the risk. Look elsewhere.

    Bought this coffee maker as a present for an elderly friend as she had difficulty opening other makers with top openings. We bought quite a few none were suitable.She was able to use this maker with ease..also the other bonus is that it has a metal jug..The she had previously spent a fortune replacing glass jugs.

    The machine itself is very quick , easy to clean and looks stylish.
