About the Author
Jonny Wilkinson became England's youngest international for 71 years when he made his debut at 18 in March 1998. By the end of 2003 he had won 52 caps. His 817 points are the highest for England and sixth in the all-time world listings. In the 2003 World Cup he was the top points-scorer, and scored the drop goal that won the tournament. He has won five British Lions caps. He was awarded the MBE in January 2003, and the OBE a year later.

Watchable, enjoyable and very useful for all ages
I bought this for my 2 boys who both play Mini Rugby. They watched the DVD avidly and I found many of the coaching points very useful, especially as the points are so well explained. The reasons for doing someting in a particular way are clearly explained and the benefits demonstrated.

informative and useful-well recommended
I played rugby for a fair few years and a learned a great deal of stuff. Interesting and amusing: Matt from Blue Peter interacts well and the video "works" I recommend this to all Minis & Juniors and those interested in improving at school rugby.
Incidentally, Jonny's kicking coach has some excellent tips and where else are you going to get the opportunity to get a lesson from someone of this stature? worth every penny: very pleased

Jonny's How to Play Rugby My Way
I was given this book as a christmas present and straight away began to read it. I am not new to the sport i have been playing it for over 8 years now, but what makes this book so great is it brushes over the basics that you might even be embarrased about asking your coach about. The book is divided into sections including tackling, passing and kicking, each of which describe in great detail exactly how Jonny does each of the individual skills with precision. The book also has pictures to make practise of the methods more efficient.

I think the book has helped me greatly with my skills so far, and I havent even finished reading it yet. So now when playing in matches, instead of thinking in my head, when I have a huge Number 8 running at me - "Help me!!!" I can commit the tackle and drive back my opponent with ease. There is only one reason why I am cautious of revising Jonnys skills and putting them into practise exactly the way he does it, and that is that fact that he ALWAYS seems to be injured!!!!!

I would recommend this book to anyone interested in the sport, and for those who want to progress their skills and fitness professionally.
