Journal for I can make you thin
Excellent book I have been using this for over 2 months now and it has helped me lose over one and half stone. You can eat what you want and still lose weight as long as you are hungry. It just seem to click with me and it has changed my eating pattern for good. A good companion book to I can make you thin.
I can Make You Thin Works
I bought 'I can make you thin' in November 2007. I listened to the DVD every day for a week and read the book I have lost 2 stone and tell every one I meet how I lost it. It's because it's NOT a diet but a change of eating habits.I am now on the 'You can Quit smoking',I smoke 30/35 a day and have done for 57 years...I will let you know how I get on. Thanks Paul Mckenna You are my Hero x

This is OK as a prop for McKenna's method: it occurs to me though that an online version that you could check in to anywhere would be a good idea : ).
