Excellent for those inspiring cooks
Bought this for my husband as this was a recommend from Delia Smith's wrbsite. Not knowing whether it would be any better than the others on offer, I thought well, if Delia recommends it then it must be good. And she didnt disappoint. My husband did the best creme brule he's ever done. The flame was really hot and fierce but it could be directed to create the best caremelisation we've ever achieved.
Very recommended.

Kitchen Blowtorch
A great little tool for doing Creme Brulee's toppings if you're in a hurry or for doing caramelised bananas..

It's refilled using a gas lighter refill which you can get from a supermarket & possibly here too.
