Customer Reviews

Very Poor1
I brought this game for a challenge. But all it was was very poor. Poor graphics and the controls are even worse. If i was you i would stick to wii sports.

Stick with Wii Sports boxing2
After playing Wii Sports boxing I was looking forward to a "full-length" boxing title. Unfortunately the controls in this game simply don't work. The boxing in Wii Sports can be a little slow and not register some punches. Instead of improving on that Showtime Championship Boxing somehow makes the controls worse. If you're a total boxing obsessive then you may get some fun out of this. Everyone else should stick with Wii Sports boxing and wait to see whether the next boxing game released manages to fix the control issues.

OMG wot a pile of poo!!1
I had high expectations when I got told by a friend that there was a proper boxing game coming out for the wii! I'm pro with most of my wii's on the sport boxing, so I was looking for a new challenge.
Showtime boxing isn't a challenge, it is a farce! The controls are sluggish, the graphics are glitchy, I think they spent more time on the Round girl (scantily clad vixen holding card) than anything else, and she cuts out after a couple of secondss! There's no commentary and you can only fight right handed, that's directionalist, that is!
This 1 is definitely on the pile to be traded in for the Star wars lightsaber game when it gets released...... which i hope is soon.
This game could've been so good.....but OMG its a pile of Poo!
