We are Kim and Roger Buck. This A-store is offered in hope of supporting an apostolate we believe is emerging through our website – Cor Jesu Sacratissimum.

We also seek to point to books and films whose worth we believe in.

Most of the books and films here have either truly helped or been deeply appreciated by one or both of us.

As such they come recommended. There are some books we have yet to peruse, but in every case these seem important to us and and we would like to study them.

Everything here then, has been conscientiously and carefully chosen. But not everything here is traditional or orthodox.

For example, there are books here pervaded by arid secularism – as so many books are today! Yet they are books that have proved personally important to us in understanding the Crisis of Modernity. Catholics who seek as we seek to challenge modernity and reinvigorate Catholic culture need to be broadly educated.

In sum, we believe everything at this site can be of deep value in guarding the Catholic Mystery in our troubled age. We are very grateful for all purchases made through this Astore.
