The X-Factor shows golfers how to drive the ball further down the green. McLean's theory is that it isn't how much a golfer turns, but how much the shoulders turn in relation to the hips that creates the power behind a swing.

Funny nobody has written a review yet.
I had all Jim McLeans books at one time and the 8 Step Swing is an outstanding contribution to learning a golf swing. But somehow this book didn't hit the mark for me. Maybe that's just the way I swing or how I see things. But most people seem to think '8 Steps' is on the money - and I'm the first to say anything about this book. This book would have been about number 12 in all the 25 books I had on teaching yourself a golf swing. So there are plaenty a whole lot worse - but this one wouldn't be on my shortlist. Perhaps if you've had lessons with Jim it all makes a lot more sense.
