Nice recipes but cous cous tends to be on the side
This book is full of lots of interesting recipes with an exciting variety of flavours - and there are certainly a lot of ideas of where you could incorporate cous cous - unfortunatley though this tends to be cooked in the same way again and again and served on the side of an exciting dish!

Possibly worth buying for some interesting recipe ideas but probably not if you're looking for genuinely new and interesting ways of using cous cous.
