Customer Reviews
The best Edinburgh guidebook
Its user-friendly format includes a section at the front with ideas, illustrated with photographs, that make it perfect for a weekend break. It's relatively slim, which makes it easy to carry around, but still packed full of information. And unlike standard Rough Guides, the directions series of books seems to be aimed squarely at urban professionals who no longer want to stand in line for the shower at the Youth Hostel.
All in all this is a great guide to one of the most fascinating cities in Europe and I recommend it highly.
Great compact city guide
Attractive, very practical, up to date guide, easy to find your way in with various maps and a good compact size to take with you.
