You can get healing, invigorating, relaxing, regenerating tips based on general techniques Cayce recommended for specific illnesses.
The advice on food and diet is as contemporary as today's headlines--such as the benefits of olive oil, red wine, less red meat, no deep fried foods, steel cut oats.
This book helped save my life. I recommend it.

Very compelling book regarding the causes and remedies for life's medical problems.A few of the remedies seem to be hard to find in the usual shops but I have bought some castor oil which is highly recommended here and shall see how effective this is for me.
