light up your life
What a truley wonderful book, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
It is easy to read and digest, very uplifting and contains pleanty of peoples experiences.
It is divided in to 24 quite short chapters so it is very handy to just pick up and read chapters relavent.
It takes you out of the wirlwind of life and makes you think very hard about what is going on around us.
I for one am very pleased i bought this book.

A very good insight to the various areas of metaphysics
This book is extremely readable and is packed with many examples from consultations to explain meaning and use. It covers many aspects of Metaphysics, so the reader can begin to read further in areas that interests them. This is a very good overview and insight into the subject, as well as being a heart warming read.

Inspiring!
I got this book out of the library first but wanted it to go back to as and when so i bought it. I love the principles in this book and Diana's other books......gives you a nice warm feeling inside!
