Does what it says
The case is very clear and easy to see through (except perhaps in very bright conditions when you will get glare). It is also light and doesn't increase the size of the zen by too much. Would recommend it over the skins that are sold, as they do not protect the screen, only the buttons!

An OK product.
Product:
Unlike the Creative own acrylic case. This case gives you full access to the SD card slot, which was my motivation for ordering this and not the creative own.

All the other ports and buttons are easily accessible too. However, note that some 3.5mm headphone jack surrounds may be too big, as the side access 'vent' maybe too narrow.

The seller:
Good delivery time. Delivery took about 2 or 3 days.

Though the item was packaged nicely. The case exhibited multiple scratch marks and greasy finger prints prior to my opening of the shrink wrap. So, can't help but think that this is a returns that they've palmed off on me.

A great investment
This case is a must-have, especially at this price. The design is excellent, adding a solid protective layer to the body of the player and crucially the screen area. Buttons and sockets are still easily accessible. The only downside is that some dust does get inside in front of the screen, but then it's not much effort to open up and wipe this away. Also the belt clip attachment is a bit chunky and I'm not sure how many people will really find it useful, but it's there if you want.
