From the Back Cover
'I pulled out my Amex, and swipe, sign, it was mine...'

Karyn Bosnak is taking New York by storm - she's found a great job, a fantastic apartment and even a handsome man to date! It doesn't take her long to fit right in...

'Everyone commented on my great new hairstyle. The $387 was so worth it'

'Those killer Gucci shades are perfect with my hair! $240 isn't so bad...'

'My La Prairie skin care was $594 - but a girl needs to glow, right?'

Then, disaster strikes. She loses her job, and she's $20,000 in debt. The situation looks hopeless, until Karyn has a sudden inspiration - if four rich people gave her $5,000, she'd be fine; or if twenty people gave her $1,000; or if 20,000 people gave her $1... So Karyn decides she'll just ask.Can Karyn save herself and become happy and debt-free?

You're probably jealous that you didn't think of it first.

Credit Card Debt, It can Happen to anyone5
"Save Karyn" by Karyn Bosnak is a really great book! Its tells the true story of a twenty -six year old, who moves from Chicago to New York and after a year runs up a 20,000 credit card debt. Having limited choices, Karyn set up her own web site asking people to help pay off her bills and Guess What? She does. The main reason that I love this book, is that Karyn is just like any other person who got into trouble with credit cards. She understand that she is to blame for it, and does her part by selling her stuff on ebay.
This book should be required reading before anyone gets a credit card, so they can avoid Karyn's problems.

Brilliantly Uplifting Autobiography5
This book is very easy to read and many people will be able to identify with the author's difficulties. The book details how karyn got into debt in the first place, how that debt seemed to spiral out of control to the point where Karyn was having difficulty paying her rent on time and how she ultimately came up with an idea to get herself out of debt. I could identify with her spending habits to a degree but felt full of admiration for how she got herself out of debt in the end.

Brilliant, funny read4
I enjoyed reading this inspirational book - makes you sit back at look at your own purchases and finances!

Karyn told her story in a very humourous way about some of things that happened to her along her road to being debt free. But you also felt for Karyn - knicking an apple from a co-worker for lunch, making meals last over the course of the day, using old products that she found at the very back of her cupboards......

A good read, ideal for holidays, a must for shopaholics everywhere!!
