Known as the UK's most accurate medium, psychic barber Gordon Smith, star of a recent Everyman documentary, is the proverbial seventh son of a seventh son. A native Glaswegian, he had travelled to many parts of the world to appear before audiences, read for many celebrities and been featured in television documentaries, but his feet have remained firmly on the ground. Refusing any payment for his private readings, Gordon still runs a barbershop in Glasgow.
Share his account of his strong psychic experiences as a child, and read how he went on to develop outstanding abilities as a medium or messenger from the spirit world. Filled with extraordinary first hand accounts of the determination of the spirit world to make contact with their living friends and relatives - this is Gordon's first book.
Frank, humorous and uplifting - Gordon's book will move and entertain you. In it, Gordon not only gives the remarkable story of his own life as a messenger for the Spirit World but shares his commonsense advice on how to avoid the traps and the tricksters, and shows his readers how to find true connection to the Spirit World.
Powerful proof of people's survival in the spirit is shown with stories from people like Alan Bright, who died in a road accident at the age of 29 and came back to comfort his mother through Gordon. Gordon described the lives and events in Alan's family in minute detail, astounding and reassuring Alan's surviving family that he remains close to them even after death. And Frankie Preston, who came through to Gordon only 10 days after his death, to pass a message to his mother and young widow. Frankie gave his christened name and mentioned the specific day on which he had died. Gordon gave the mother other personal information that only her son could know and asked that his mother tell his young wife to remember the Lake District - the place where the couple spent their honeymoon.

Easy read
I had heard about Gordon from a friend, and saw his book in a spiritualist church. This is a must read for anyone who is thinking of becoming a medium. Gordon gave me an insight into what he does, and writes in an easy to understand manner. I think it is amazing that he never charged for his private sittings.
