ice cream review
I have made the vanilla, new york style ice cream and pear sorbet and they have all been easy to make and delicious. Even friends and family who are not so keen on ice cream and sorbets commented on how delicious they were. Can't wait to make more!!

Handy wee book
Nice recipes with lots of variations within each one. I like that it's not just ice-creams but sorbets, yoghurts, water-ice, etc. Absolutely yummy! The book is small enough not to get in the way on your workspace.

Ideas catalogue
By the title and book styling I could see this was going to be an easy ice-cream book. I wanted a book from which I could draw some recipe inspiration. This book has been excellent for that. There are so many flavours to choose from. I have combined the flavour ideas of this book with the gelato recipes of Torrence Kopfer for some fantastic results. Another good point about this book is that the recipes are fairly quick and the little extras such as praline etc are the quick and easy ways to achieve a result as opposed to the fussy methods in more serious ice cream books. Perfect for a busy person....
