A warming and helpful approach to post abortion counselling
This book definitely provides a good format for those who have dealt with an abortion. It covers aspects such as grief, loss, moving on, how to deal with all aspects to move on with your life. The only thing that could have been slightly better is the format of the book as it is not easy to read due to the layout.
A moving experience
I found this book most helpful.
It contains passages about the a range of womens stories and experiences along with sensible and inspiring ways to work through grief and depression. The book makes you realise that you are not alone and that what you are going through is valid and real.
I would recommend the book to anyone who has had an abortion and is struggling with Post Abortion Stress.
