alkaline foods cookbook1
Disappointed in this book as it is written by an American who uses ingredients unheard of in England and difficult to find in UK supermarkets. Need specialist health food stores. Consequently the recipes are not suitable for everyday meals that one would want to serve to family (as likely to be expensive). Book has an alkaline food list but not very comprehensive. I would have expected to see the degree of alkalinity of common foods listed. The use of American - English grammar and spellings are very off-puttiing and I do not think it is worth spending £12.99 on this book(unless you are American and live near a good health store)

I decided not to purchase as agreed with with the review, wanted an easy to follow with foods I use regularly cookbook, this did not suit my needs, very hepful.
