Good little TV
I needed a small tv with a dvd on the right hand side, a slot rather than a player sticking out the side! This is a super little LCD, smart black, well packed. Looked good on the wall and easy to put up (with an extra pair of hands though) However, the set had a problem when watching a DVD you could faintly hear a tv channel. I contacted Daewoo Help, excellent service, advised it was a problem and to return to where I got it from, Amazon. First class service with returning it, was picked up promptly, no hassle and before it had been collected the replacement was on the way. I hope that the new one will not have this same problem but I am well satisfied with both the TV and the service of Amazon and Daewoo. This little hic cup did not put me off asking for a replacement.
If wall mounting it, don't forget to make a note of the serial number first, you won't be able to read it once the bracket is on!
The replacement arrived safe and sound but the problem is still there so suspect it's a Daewoo problem but it isn't quite so bad as the other set and teenage user is putting up with it!

Blank screen and no help.

We ordered 4 of these TVs; 3 of which are working perfectly, but the fourth had sound and no picture. We phoned Daewoo for advice and they said Amazon will sort it out - how wrong we were. We packed up the defective TV and it has been waiting for collection for a couple of weeks and Amazon say there are no replacements (even though it says 'in stock'). You would have thought Amazon would be a little more helpful after all we, we have just bought 4 TVs! Are they too big to give the service we expect?
