Picture Pefect - Above & beyond my expectation
Upon reading many review sites, and basically looking upon many different makes and models of camera. I now stand by my choice of paying the price of this beautifully crafted camera, which has style, elegance and Zest, and it does what it does. Its gone well beyond my own expectations, and I anticipate many memorable experiences from taking photographs from this camera. It not only takes pictures in very lighted situations but none at all, and the flash is very bright to capture and image. I am by far impressed with the way this camera, however still in the early stages of finding out how I use the WI-FI functions as well as setting the pixels at a lower end of the spectrum. Above else, a definite buy however from my recent knowledge, this model is sought after, and has since been discontinued by Nikon in place of the distinguished Nikon S7c which is also a recommended buy. So I look forward to my travels, and tons and tons of picture perfect moments.

Perfect camera
I'm a professional photographer shooting Nikon and I bought this for my parents as a present. Having played with it myself now for a few weeks, I can say it's a stunning camera with amazing features and very easy to use and to get fabulous results.

Given I'm a pro, I'm amazed with the S6 - Nikon have done a superb job and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Amazon have the cheapest price too for it.

As cool as cucumber!
Bought this slick baby in October before embarking on the holiday of a lifetime and it proved to be a great camera...............with a couple of minor niggles that may be more to do with my photographic prowess than the camera!
The screen is ace and everyone viewing the day's pictures were impressed - most people who saw it just wanted to buy one straight away. Takes short video clips which have proved really entertaining. Also very light and compact.
The camera has a massive number of modes which take some getting used to - like most complex equipment you use it on a couple of modes most of the time!
I bought a 1GB memory card and it seems impossible to fill it! I also bought the hard leather case to protect it.
So to the niggles...........finding the right flash mode can be tricky. I found I either got red eye (easily eliminated back on the computer) or a lot of reflection on indoor night shots (much trickier to edit out, but can be done). In the end for night time entertainment across a room, I found the video was the best option!
Overall, I would strongly recommend this camera - very compact, stylish, easy to use.
